Originally painted for a show at The Hive LA, this 3D painting is a tribute to the great filmmaker John Carpenter. Each die-cut section is composed of different tiny painting stills from each of his best movies, topped off with a themed "carpenter" bee that tends to the section. The piece took about 60 hours to complete and is one of a kind.
